Recognized for a score of 88 in first year GRESB environmental, social, and governance benchmark assessment

PITTSBURGH—October 17, 2022—In its first annual submission to GRESB (formerly known as Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), Expedient, a leading Full-Stack Cloud Service Provider (CSP) delivering an array of essential cloud, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), colocation and managed services, earned a score of 88 in the 2022 GRESB Infrastructure Assessment, outperforming the international average of 67 out of a possible score of 100.

GRESB annually assesses and benchmarks the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance of real estate and infrastructure firm assets worldwide, to provide insights to investors and other stakeholders on complex sustainability topics. The GRESB assessments are guided by material issues in asset investments’ sustainability performance and align with international reporting frameworks, goals, and emerging regulations.
