Inside Business Sales Development representative
The Inside Business Sales Development representative should expect to earn a minimum of $36K per year and experienced performers are expected to earn more than $50k on an annual basis. Inside Business Sales Development representatives are required to call on some of the most technologically-savvy clients and telecom-intensive enterprises and organizations—in industries ranging from health care to retail, from advanced manufacturing to broadcasting, professional services and entertainment. Based on performance there is opportunity for advancement with increased responsibility and earning potential. Expectations include:
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Produce 40 quality appointments per month by qualifying inbound requests and aggressively prospecting new contacts

75% or above quality rating on appointments as indicated by the sales force

Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day

Proficient in Microsoft Exchange and ACT! Software packages a plus

Telecom, Internet and/or other technology sales savvy also a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates must be able to handle phone inquiries and identify sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and work in a team environment. Seeking organized, highly-motivated self-starters focused on driving rapid revenue growth.
