IT AUDIT & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Overview

This senior-level position will involve working with a multifaceted engineering team to ensure audit compliance across a number of different regulations and standards including, but not limited to, SAS-70, PCI DSS, GLB, and FDA Part 11. Audits will be performed at the corporate and individual customer-solution level, with the position having regular interaction with external auditors and customers. Additionally, position will be asked to break ground on new quality initiatives and processes for an exciting and growing organization providing technical services to a national account base.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of standard end-to-end compliance process, including gap analysis, remediation,validation and audit. The successful candidate must also possess strong organizational skills and methodical approach to fielding, reviewing and responding to audit needs. A strong desire to learn and expand on existing knowledge in attaining additional audit certifications, where relevant, is a requirement.

A general technical understandingof operating systems (e.g. Windows Server 2003/8, Linux) and network/network-based devices (e.g. NAT, VLANs, Firewalls, and Routers) is required.

Minimal Travel Requirement - 10% or less.

Primary Functions

• Field, review and respond to audit requests, working with specific engineering groups to develop appropriate process and procedures to attain audit compliance.
• Orchestrate in-house training, testing and processes to maintain and validate adherence audit and standards specifications.
• Develop appropriate technical and procedural documentation sets.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5+ years experience in a technical or audit, compliance or quality role.
• Experience in responding to SAS-70, PCI DSS, ISO or similar audit requirement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrable evidence of this will be asked for in interview.
• Strong documentation ability.

Preferred

• B.S. in a technical discipline.
• Network or systems administration experience
• Security administration experience
• Relevant certifications
